  Apartment / condo of different sizes. Halls and community room clean. Some Fitness equipment available. Storage units available for each apartment. Secured and safe building. Pool complex just up the street. Ten minute walk to shopping. Medical complex next to parking lot. Plenty of parking and handicap parking. NEEDS A FULL TIME Maintenance. Rich does a Great job on what he is able to get done in his allotted time, However minor painting needed, some bannister cleaning needed, wth other areas needing attention to make the enviroment safer for all residents and guest. Not all residents can meet privately with the building manager as her office is not handicap accessable, the fitness equipment (Re: treadmill, stairstepper) needs a safe location to prevent any resident using them from falling off and onto the floor level below the level equipment is on. Laundry on site. Has a stage available for speakers, entertainers, etc...
